Employee Tracking System

* eTrackly is a tracking app for business owners & salesmen offering a complete solutions of Mobility and web-based administration. Its GPS-enabled sales tracking app, keeps the sales managers connected with their sales team out in the field in real-time. A Mobility application, acts as a location tracker app tailored to fit to the needs of sales professionals. They can check-in, check-out, track and get notified of their team’s activities, anywhere and anytime.

* Due to Real time tracking of (GPS) location data of the employee's Phone and live notification features, one does not need to make calls or send SMS to employees and wait for their response to find out their location. This app saves time and effort every day and helps businesses to magnified in increase in business and number of employees.

Permissions:

Location

The app collects location data to enable live tracking even when the app is closed or not in use until the user ends the day using the END DAY Button.

System Alert window

This permission is used to access calendar functionalities for display history of location tracking, in this screen user can see history of location logs from calendar that's why the user needed to grant the permission.

Access Wifi State

Allows application to access information about Wi-Fi networks and inform to user whenever wifi available or not in application.

Wake Lock

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Receive Boot Complete

This permission is used for auto start service of Real-time tracking current location once device restart/power on, fetch Real-time location tracking system will track location in a interval of every 1 minute.

Communicate :

Track Check-ins and Check-outs for team members. Start and End Day. Effective Communication through Notification. Real Time Map showing total travel.END DAY Button.

Manage

Track locations of your team members to optimise field jobs. Web based dashboard for senior staff to track people on the field. Manage and communicate with your team from web and mobile. Detailed reports on your team location span and coverage.

Check-in check-out

A simple check-in and check-out enables location tracking for the people on the field. Once enabled, it shares location information at regular intervals. Team managers and teammates can locate checked-in people & optimise the field activities and communication accordingly.

Realtime Notification

Realtime Notification enables back office team to share important information or message to single or more than one employee while they are on field.This is great way to optimise the time, and overall communication for the mobile workforce.Communicate one-on-one with a team member or broadcast important messages to the whole team in one go.

Web dashboard

ETS is a Web and Native app solution. It is available on Web to offer Admin & Team Managers to do configuration and review. Do more, on the web with bulk actions, deeper settings and controls, view detailed reports and utilize the big screen for multitasking teams as well.

Reporting module provides you with insights on your team's location span and flow through out a period so that you can take important decision on which areas need better attention and how your mobile workforce needs to be deployed.
